Busselton Family Holiday House is a newly renovated holiday home accommodating up to 12 people, fully accredited with the Western Australian Tourism Council (Green Tick) and licenced with Busselton Margaret River Shire.
Key features of this property, which is located just ~150 metres from the beach (3 mins walk) and 2 mins walk from the local shopping centre (including an IGA supermarket, pharmacy, BWS bottleshop, cafe and fish & chip shop) include the free provision of just about anything you would need to keep kids entertained.
The property includes FREE use of a see through bottom double kayak, outdoor table tennis table, fuseball table, a retro 3000 game arcade table, giant chess and jenga sets, kids and adults kayaks, kids scooters, various beach & surf boards, a beach volleyball net, crab nets, board games, a lending library and more.
The design of the house is open plan with the kitchen/living space containing a dining table seating 10/12 and 3 x 3 seater sofas (one a queen sofa bed). The second living area, on entry to the house includes 2 further large sofas (one also a queen sofa bed), 3 kids pullout sofas and a TV area for kids.
The Four bedrooms of the house are suited to two families, comprising four (2) bedrooms with Queen beds (one with a shower ensuite) and two (2) bedrooms with a set of double (bottom) / single (top) bunks which each also have a single pullout trundle bed below (so can sleep up to 4 children each room).
Recent renovations include solar panels and room zoned reverse cycle air conditioning & heating and a kitchen remodel to include sparkling stone benchtops, a Westinghouse 5hob gas cooktop with matching 900cm Pyrogenic oven & airfryer. Accompanying this are two (2) nespresso machines (original capsule size), two (2) large fridge/freezers and many kid friendly items (see photos) including two (2) high chairs, two (2) kids portable toddler feeding chairs, baking equipment, pizza stones, a slow cooker, rice cooker and popsicle maker.
For the musically minded, we have a karaoke machine, and a soundbar to connect to the 42 inch smart wifi enabled sony TV and the organiser who snags Bedroom 1 also gets their own smart 32inch sony TV to enjoy.
